Do you operate your own fleet?
Yes, we have our own fleet and hold a transport license, as well as carrier liability insurance. Additionally, we act as a logistics operator and collaborate with numerous trusted and professional carriers across Europe, particularly in the CEE region. This operational model allows us to offer great flexibility, tailoring the type and availability of vehicles to meet your capacity requirements and actual needs.
What types of vehicles do you have in your fleet?
Our fleet is diverse, comprising over 250 transport units in total. These primarily consist of tractor units with standard tarpaulin, Mega, and refrigerated trailers measuring 13.6 meters. Depending on the region, we also have vehicles with a load capacity of up to 7.5 tons, as well as larger 18-pallet vehicles.
What kind of liability insurance do you have?
The safety of your cargo is ensured by our comprehensive insurance policy. Our freight forwarding and transportation activities are covered by insurance protection from Generali TU S.A under third-party liability insurance, with coverage of EUR 300,000 per occurrence and EUR 1,500,000 per event.
Which markets do you serve?
We specialize in freight forwarding and transportation within the CEE and Balkans regions. In recent years, our clients have also entrusted us with serving additional markets in southern and western Europe. Destinations we have served thus far include key markets such as Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and the Balkan countries, as well as the Baltic countries (Baltics), Benelux, Greece, Spain, Serbia and Croatia.
Can I track the location of my shipments in real-time?
Absolutely. Each of your shipments is monitored in real-time, allowing you to check its current location at any time. Our task is to continuously observe, analyze, and mitigate potential negative consequences of events that could affect any of the key parameters. We utilize state-of-the-art solutions for transport visibility, ranging from our own vehicle tracking systems to the Shippeo platform, which enables tracking orders executed by our carriers.
Do you possess all the necessary permits and certificates?
Yes, we prioritize compliance with all necessary permits and certificates. Our IT system rigorously monitors the validity and correctness of the documents held by our partners, automatically halting cooperation in case of any formal deficiencies.
What credit limit can I expect?
The credit limit is determined based on an assessment of your company's financial situation, credit history, and the scale of your planned projects. The final decision regarding the granting and amount of the limit is made by the COFACE insurance company following the assessment.

Certainly. We offer flexibility in invoicing methods, allowing you to receive consolidated invoices electronically based on your preferences.
